Menu :
– Aperitif and appetizers : Butternut and Saint Jacques velouté
– Starter : Remoulade of whelks in a portion of homemade fresh salmon and oyster vinaigrette
– Main course : conserve of young rabbit and crunchy prawns cooked in a truffle juice
– Cheese : Gingerbread cabécou-flavoured crème brûlée.
– Dessert : Carpaccio of pineapples roasted with honey and spices, sweet potato sorbet, very thin biscuits.

Côté Rivage on the radio

On saturday 9th june 2012, the team of the radio programme “Madame est servie”, from France Bleu Périgord, recorded one of his broadcast in Badefols. Côté Rivage gave David Derhille, Jean Paul Durigneux and Alexandre a warm welcome and they could manage to discover some secrets of the chef, Philippe.
